⁸ Her husband Elkanah would say to her, “Hannah, why are you weeping? Why don’t you eat? Why are you downhearted? Don’t I mean more to you than ten sons?^(A)”

⁶ She sent for Barak son of Abinoam^(A) from Kedesh^(B) in Naphtali and said to him, “The Lord, the God of Israel, commands you: ‘Go, take with you ten thousand men of Naphtali^(C) and Zebulun^(D) and lead them up to Mount Tabor.^(E)

⁶⁹ We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”^(A)
